About the role
Serves as first point of contact for client inquiries, requests and concerns.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and send quotation to clients
- Monitor inventory, coordinate stock replenishment, and request supplies
- Participate in store promotions, product displays, and marketing activities
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong English and Tagalog communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Gsuite
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with numbers
- Must be willing to do occasional fieldworks
- Proficiency in Visayan Dialect is an advantage
