Sales Associate

Hello Bear is looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and reliable individuals to join our growing team as Sales Associates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining the store’s appearance, and supporting the overall day-to-day operations of the store.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist customers and provide friendly and attentive service
• Recommend products and assist customers with their purchases
• Handle cashiering and sales transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper product displays
• Replenish and organize merchandise as needed
• Assist with inventory counting and stock monitoring
• Follow company policies, store procedures, and sales guidelines
• Perform other duties related to store operations as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school graduate, college-level, or college graduate
• With or without relevant work experience; retail or customer service experience is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented, approachable, and dependable
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Willing to be assigned to different Hello Bear branches depending on available vacancies and business needs

WORK LOCATION

Metro Manila

Hello Bear has multiple branches across Metro Manila, with additional locations that may become available as the company expands.

Important: Applicants must be willing to be assigned to any Hello Bear branch where there is an available vacancy, depending on business needs and operational requirements. Branch assignment may vary and may not necessarily be based on the applicant’s preferred location.
