Sales Associate

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and quotas through active selling and customer development
• Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers and business accounts through calls, field visits, referrals, and other sales activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and after-sales follow-ups
• Conduct consistent sales calls and client visits to generate leads, develop opportunities, and close sales
• Present and recommend appropriate hardware products based on customer needs, specifications, and budget
• Develop strong product knowledge and effectively address customer inquiries, product concerns, and objections
• Prepare and process customer orders accurately, ensuring that product specifications, quantities, pricing, and other details are correct
• Monitor customer accounts and conduct timely payment and collection follow-ups in coordination with the Finance/Accounting Department
• Handle customer concerns, returns, and after-sales matters to promote customer satisfaction and retention
• Coordinate with the Warehouse, Operations, and other departments regarding product availability, order fulfillment, deliveries, and discrepancies

About you

• Strong product knowledge of hardware products
• Ability to address customer inquiries, product concerns, and objections
• Accurate order processing and documentation skills
• Ability to monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
