FitSpan is a community - driven together by the desire for a long and highly functional life outside the gym - that is partaking in a fitness protocol designed by a renowned exercise specialist to support and extend the functionality of our bodies and minds. Our members are looking to tone (not bulk) their muscles and rejuvenate (not stress) their joints, while exercising sustainably (not sporadically disrupted by injury) for a lifetime.

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness, have excellent communication skills, and possess a strong ability to connect with potential members. As a Salesperson, you will play a key role in growing our membership base and ensuring that each member feels valued and supported.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential members and provide information about gym services, memberships, and promotions.
• Conduct gym tours to showcase facilities and explain the benefits of joining.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with current members to encourage renewals and referrals.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
• Participate in community outreach and marketing events to promote the gym.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales area, ensuring promotional materials are up to date.
• Collaborate with the gym team to ensure a seamless member experience.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 40.0 per week
