Sales Associate

Duties and Responsibilities of the Sales Associate includes:

Sales & Revenue Generation:

- Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend

suitable products/services.

- Achieve individual and team sales targets as set by management.

- Promote current sales, promotions, and loyalty programs to customers.

Customer Service Excellence:

- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient customer service at all times.

- Assist customers with product inquiries, locating items, and providing product

information.

- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and returns/exchanges professionally

and efficiently.

- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to foster repeat business.

Product Knowledge & Merchandising: - Develop a comprehensive understanding of all products, features, benefits, and current inventory.

- Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise on the sales floor and

in storage areas.

- Ensure all products are accurately priced and tagged.

- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays in

accordance with company merchandising guidelines.

Store Operations & Maintenance:

- Assist with daily store opening and closing procedures as required.

- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and

checkout areas.

- Adhere to all cash handling, payment processing, and loss prevention

procedures.

- Report any equipment malfunctions, security concerns, or maintenance issues

to the Branch Supervisor promptly.
