Sales Associate

About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate for our boutique in the Central Region. This is a full-time position where you will be at the heart of our retail operations, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and providing product recommendations

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems

• Maintain product knowledge across all merchandise categories to effectively inform and guide customers

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the store team

What we're looking for

• Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers

• Ability to work as part of a team whilst also taking initiative independently

• Reliable and punctual with the ability to commit to the required working hours
