Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in navigating the store to find products that meet their needs
• Demonstrate product features through engaging demos and explain technical details clearly and confidently
• Upsell complementary products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue
• Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques and stock replenishment
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Support inventory management tasks such as stock organization, product tagging, and cycle counts

Skills

• Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
• Proven experience in retail sales or technology sales with a focus on product demonstrations and technical explanations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently in English; bilingual skills are a plus
• Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and sales calculations
• Excellent organizational skills to manage merchandising, stock levels, and time efficiently
• Customer service-oriented mindset with phone etiquette proficiency for remote inquiries or follow-ups
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in cashiering and sales processes

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24.0 per week
