Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Agent is responsible for selling the Company's real estate projects, finding potential buyers, assisting clients, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell the Company's real estate projects
• Look for potential buyers through referrals, social media, networking, and other sales activities
• Answer client inquiries and provide information about properties, prices, and payment terms
• Conduct property presentations and site visits
• Follow up with prospective buyers
• Assist clients with reservations and required documents
• Assist in negotiating and closing sales within Company guidelines
• Maintain good relationships with clients and generate referrals
• Attend sales meetings, training, open houses, and other Company sales activities
• Prepare and submit sales activity reports

About you

• College graduate or at least 2 years of college
• Sales experience is an advantage but not required
• Real estate experience is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented and motivated to achieve sales targets
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
• Willing to conduct site visits and meet clients
• Willing to work on weekends or holidays when required for sales activities
