Sales Associate

A.K. TinSon Import Corporation is looking for an organized, customer-focused Sales Representative to manage our inbound client communications and e-commerce sales. No cold calling required—you will strictly handle incoming client inquiries via email, phone, Viber, and SMS, process online orders, and assist with trade paperwork. If you have 2+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and a fast-learning mindset, we offer a 5-month probationary path to regular employment and full statutory Philippine benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Inquiry Management: Professionally handle incoming client inquiries and sales.
• E-Commerce Sales & Order Processing: Manage product listings, update store inventories, and process day-to-day sales on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Order & Trade Documentation: Assist with basic sales documentation.
• Record Keeping: Track daily sales inquiries, customer logs, and orders using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales support, e-commerce account management, or customer service.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills across calls, emails, and messaging apps (Viber/SMS).
• Fast Learner: Quick to learn product details and handle basic regulatory/BIR documentation with guidance.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; comfortable navigating e-commerce dashboards and messaging platforms.
• Personality: Pleasing personality, strong customer-first attitude, and reliable professional ethic.
