Sales Associate - Permanent Fulltime

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to assist our Sales Team with Satterley across estates in Melbourne’s northern region. This is an incredible opportunity to work for Australia’s largest private residential land developer and play an integral role in the operations of our projects.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you’ll assist our Sales Professionals at a number of estates delivering a seamless customer experience from initial enquiry through to settlement. You’ll help support day-to-day sales operations, work on-site in a customer-facing capacity, assist in managing relationships with project builders, and contribute to the success of these estates. This role offers hands-on experience and exposure to a high-performing team which will assist your growth into, and beyond this role. A requirement for this role is the provision of a current National Police Clearance at time of applying or to be provided during the recruitment process.

What You’ll Bring

• A current Agent’s Representative Certificate (Victoria)
• A passion for property and customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within a high-performing team
• Confidence using CRM systems and social media to engage with clients
• A current driver’s licence, car and, availability to work weekends and public holidays
