Sales Associate – Bahrain | International Bags Brand

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team in Bahrain and represent an international bags and accessories brand .

The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, sales-driven, and passionate about delivering an exceptional shopping experience while maintaining the highest standards of brand presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build strong customer relationships.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge, including product features, materials, and collections.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and the store is maintained according to brand standards.
• Support stock management, replenishment, and inventory activities.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Support the Store Manager with daily store operations when required.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand positively at all times.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales is preferred.
• Experience in bags, accessories, fashion, luxury, or premium retail is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Sales-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Good command of English.
• Previous Bahrain or GCC retail experience is an advantage.
