Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services, including retail items and financial solutions.
• Process cash transactions accurately using cash registers and 10-key typing systems, managing cash drawer handling and cash management procedures.
• Assist customers with retail sales, including product information, upselling opportunities, and completing sales transactions efficiently.
• Support banking and financial services activities such as loan processing, loan collections, and retail lending inquiries.
• Maintain precise data entry records for customer accounts, transactions, and loan processing using financial software.
• Handle customer inquiries related to banking products, retail store offerings, and account management with professionalism and clarity.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling policies while managing the cash register during shifts, including balancing the cash drawer at the end of each day.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales or retail store environments is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with banking or financial services operations such as loan processing or collections is a plus.
• Strong math skills including basic math, retail math, and proficiency in 10 key typing for processing transactions accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Ability to handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash drawer handling and cash management.
• Experience with data entry and familiarity with financial software applications is desirable.
• Basic understanding of retail lending processes, cash handling procedures, and cashiering responsibilities.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month
