• We're looking for motivated, competitive, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Internet Sales Representatives. This isn't a typical sales job where you're stuck in the same position indefinitely. Our goal is to develop salespeople into leaders, managers, and eventually business owners. You'll start by learning the fundamentals of professional sales, working directly with customers in the field, and building the skills necessary to succeed in a high-performance sales environment. If you prove that you can sell, lead, recruit, train, and build a team, there is a path to running your own sales organization.
• What You'll Do - Represent major internet service providers in residential neighborhoods -
• Speak directly with homeowners and identify their internet needs -
• Educate customers on available internet services and promotions -
• Generate new customers through door-to-door sales -
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information -
• Follow company sales processes and training -
• Work toward individual and team sales goals -
• Develop communication, negotiation, and leadership skills -
• Eventually help train and develop newer representatives

• Level 1 — Sales Representative Learn the fundamentals of door-to-door sales, customer communication, and closing. Focus: Learn → Sell → Improve
• Level 2 — Senior Sales Representative Consistently produce results and become someone newer reps can learn from. Focus: Produce → Mentor → Lead
• Level 3 — Team Leader Begin helping train and develop new representatives while continuing to produce your own sales. Focus: Train → Develop → Lead
• Level 4 — Sales Manager Build and manage your own team. Learn recruiting, training, territory management, performance management, and team development. Focus: Recruit → Train → Manage
• Level 5 — Independent Sales Organization / Business Owner Top performers may have the opportunity to build and operate their own sales organization. At this stage, you're no longer simply selling internet yourself. You're building a business by recruiting representatives, developing leaders, managing teams, and growing production.
