We’re looking for friendly, reliable Sales Associates who enjoy talking to people, creating a fun shopping experience, and representing a brand built on quality, value, and good energy. This position offers flexible hours and involves setting up and breaking down the pop-up tent, knowing our products well enough to answer questions, assist customers with their purchases, and process transactions. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales and is independent, organized, and punctual.

Responsibilities:

• Set up pop-up store, including tent, tables, tablecloths, and sunglasses display.
• Engage with customers, educate them on our broad range of sunglass products, and provide excellent customer service.
• Process sales transactions, primarily through credit card payments.
• Break down pop-up store and put away store equipment at the end of the day.
• Maintain a clean, organized and appealing display area/store environment.
• Ensure inventory is well displayed and properly accounted for.

Requirements:

• Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality with a passion for engaging with customers.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and punctual, with weekend availability.
• Physically able to lift and carry setup materials, such as tents and tables
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.

Season Dates & Schedule:

• Season: March 2026 – November 2026
• Shifts: Flexible days, flexible hours (3‑hour minimum)
• Spring & Fall (March, April, May, Sep, Oct, Nov): Saturday & Sunday shifts
• Summer (June, July, August): Shifts available 7 days a week

There are no required days - you choose what works for you.

The hiring process starts with a brief phone screen to confirm basic fit and availability. From there, you may be invited to an in‑person interview with a short customer‑interaction exercise. Candidates who advance will complete two paid trial shifts before final hiring decisions are made.

Pay Starts at $15/hour plus commission based on sales targets

Pay: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour
