Part-Time Sales & Brand Ambassador

iFLEX Stretch Studios – East Cobb / Marietta, GA

iFLEX Stretch Studios East Cobb is looking for a high-energy, outgoing and sales-driven Part-Time Sales & Brand Ambassador to help introduce our new studio to the East Cobb community.

This is a people-facing sales role. We are looking for someone who loves talking to people, is comfortable approaching strangers, and can turn a simple conversation into genuine interest, a lead, an appointment, and ultimately a sale.

A big part of this role will be representing iFLEX at pop-ups, community events, gyms, fitness studios, local businesses, schools and other grassroots marketing events.

What You'll Do

• Run and actively engage at iFLEX pop-up events and community activations
• Approach people confidently instead of waiting for them to come to you
• Start friendly, natural conversations and introduce the benefits of assisted stretching
• Create excitement and awareness around the iFLEX brand
• Generate qualified leads at every event
• Collect accurate customer contact information and follow up with interested prospects
• Book complimentary demo stretch appointments
• Explain our Founding Membership offer and help convert interested prospects into members
• Follow up with leads by phone and text to move them toward booking or purchasing
• Build relationships with nearby businesses, gyms, wellness providers and community organizations
• Help identify new opportunities for pop-ups, partnerships and lead generation
• Track and communicate results from each event, including conversations, leads, appointments and sales

• Self-motivated — you don't need someone constantly telling you who to talk to or what to do next
• Reliable, punctual and professional
• Positive and comfortable representing a new wellness brand in the community
• Available for some weekdays, evenings and weekends, depending on events and community traffic

Previous experience in sales, membership sales, fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail, events, promotions or brand ambassador work is a plus. More importantly, we are looking for the right personality: someone with energy, confidence, initiative and a genuine ability to connect with people.

How Success Is Measured

This is a results-focused position. Success isn't measured simply by attending an event or handing out flyers. We will look at:

Conversations → Leads → Booked Appointments → Membership Sales

We want someone who gets excited about setting a goal for an event and figuring out how to reach it.

About iFLEX

iFLEX Stretch Studios provides one-on-one assisted stretching designed to help people improve flexibility, mobility, recovery and overall movement.

Our East Cobb studio is growing its Founding Member community, and this person will play an important role in introducing iFLEX to the local community and helping build the studio from the ground up.
