Role & responsibilities

• Promote the company's products to customers in retail outlets or assigned locations.
• Build awareness of the brand and encourage customers to purchase products.
• Act as the link between the company, retailers, and customers.

• Welcome and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Explain product features, benefits, and offers to customers.
• Demonstrate products when required.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and shelves are fully stocked.
• Check product availability and report stock shortages.
• Maintain attractive product displays according to company guidelines.
• Collect customer feedback and share it with the supervisor.
• Monitor competitor products, prices, and promotional activities.
• Submit daily sales and activity reports.
• Maintain good relationships with store staff and management.
• Follow company policies and maintain a professional appearance.
