Laing+Simmons Quakers Hill is seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Sales Associate to support a high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for someone looking to enjoy a long-term career in Real Estate and grow into a standalone sales agent role.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting in the management of sales campaigns from listing to settlement
• Buyer and vendor follow-ups
• Attending and conducting open homes and private inspections
• Prospecting, database management, and lead follow-up
• Supporting marketing campaigns and prospecting activities around listings
• General sales administration and diary management
• Coordinating and attending open for inspections and private viewings

About you

• A current NSW Certificate of Registration (COR) is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid NSW driver's licence and reliable car
