Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate with a background in jewellery retail to join our team. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, knowledgeable about jewellery products, and comfortable handling basic computer and administrative tasks.

Duties

• Assist customers with jewellery purchases and provide excellent customer service
• Demonstrate knowledge of gold, diamonds, and other jewellery products
• Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate records
• Manage customer inquiries and follow-ups
• Assist with inventory management and product displays
• Support daily store operations and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Use computer systems for billing, record-keeping, and basic reporting

Skills

• Previous experience working in a jewellery store as a Sales Associate (required)
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Basic IT knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Comfortable using computers for billing and inventory systems
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Professional and friendly attitude

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
