Discover RV is a family-owned and operated dealership that has proudly served Northern California for over 18 years. As our dealership continues to grow and expand, we are looking for a motivated, professional, and customer-focused RV Sales Consultant to join our team.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional buying experience.
• Help customers find the RV, travel trailer, fifth wheel, toy hauler, or motorhome that best fits their needs and budget.
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
• Present product features, pricing, financing options, and ownership benefits with confidence and professionalism.
• Manage and follow up on leads through phone calls, text messages, email, and walk-in traffic.
• Work closely with our finance, service, and parts departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and sales lot.
• Participate in ongoing training and dealership events.

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help people.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in automotive sales, RV sales, hospitality, bartending, serving, retail sales, or customer service is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Comfortable working weekends and most major holidays.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a California DMV Salesperson License.
• All candidates are subject to pre-employment drug screening and background verification.

Compensation & Benefits

Earning Potential: $80,000–$150,000+ Per Year

• Full-time position.
