Key responsibilities
- Assist customers and provide excellent service
- Promote and sell Chow Tai Seng jewelry products
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain proper presentation of jewelry displays
- Handle jewelry products with care and follow company procedures
- Assist with inventory and daily store operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
About you
- With or without sales experience - willing to train
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-service oriented and confident in dealing with customers
- Presentable, professional, and well-groomed
- Honest, responsible, and trustworthy
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays
- Willing to work with sales targets and KPIs
- Previous jewelry or retail experience is an advantage
