Amp Auto Collection is looking for motivated, energetic, and competitive Automotive Sales Representatives to join our growing team.

We are a high-volume used car dealership looking for salespeople who know how to communicate, follow up, work leads, and close deals. Automotive sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and sales mentality.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle-buying process
• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and walk-in leads
• Follow up consistently with customers by phone, text, and email
• Build relationships and turn leads into appointments and sales
• Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM
• Post and promote inventory on Facebook Marketplace and other platforms
• Work closely with management and the finance team to complete deals
• Follow up with previous customers and unsold leads
• Maintain a professional, positive, and competitive attitude

• Automotive sales experience is a plus

Compensation

High earning potential with performance-based commissions and bonuses.

Top performers have the opportunity to earn significantly more based on monthly sales volume.

Additional volume bonuses are available for salespeople who consistently hit their monthly targets.
