Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Assist customers with product selection, answer questions about features, benefits, and pricing
• Process transactions accurately using cash handling and cashiering procedures, including cash management and basic math calculations
• Handle retail sales transactions efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy in cash handling and register operations
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure a positive shopping environment
• Assist with loan processing or financial services-related inquiries when applicable, ensuring compliance with company policies

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments
• Strong knowledge of banking or financial services is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to actively listen and respond effectively
• Basic math skills including retail math, cash handling, and 10 key typing proficiency for accurate transaction processing
• Familiarity with financial software systems used for sales or loan processing
• Ability to perform cashiering duties accurately while managing cash flow and ensuring security protocols are followed
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also independently managing responsibilities
