Job Summary:
The Sales Associate supports the achievement of sales targets by developing, servicing, and maintaining strong business relationships with distributors and dealers within the assigned territory. The role ensures effective field execution, product availability, merchandising compliance, and brand visibility while supporting dealer growth and maximizing sales opportunities.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related course.
- With at least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, or distribution
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow accounts
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
- Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented
- Knowledgeable in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus
- Must know how to drive manual or automatic vehicles and preferably have a valid driver's license.
- Preferably residing in Cavite and willing to do fieldwork.
