About the role

A Sales Associate is responsible for helping customers, driving sales, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Answer customer questions about products, pricing, promotions, and store policies.
• Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are stocked and organized.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Promote loyalty programs, warranties, or additional products to increase sales.
