Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs
• Provide detailed information about products, services, and financial options to help customers make informed decisions
• Process transactions accurately using retail math skills, including cash handling and cashiering procedures
• Support banking functions such as cash management, balancing registers, and reconciling daily sales reports
• Assist with loan processing or financial service inquiries when applicable, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stock shelves to ensure an inviting shopping environment
• Handle customer questions or concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service to foster loyalty and satisfaction

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction processing
• Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
• Ability to perform 10 key typing tasks accurately and efficiently under pressure
• Knowledge of banking or financial services can be advantageous but is not mandatory; training will be provided
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
