Position Overview

We are seeking Sales Associates who are energetic, coachable, and ready to succeed. No automotive sales experience required — we will train the right person. This role offers huge earning potential through a competitive commission structure and performance bonuses, making it ideal for motivated individuals eager to build a rewarding career in automotive sales.Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a professional and welcoming manner
• Help customers select pre-owned vehicles that fit their needs and budget
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and highlight features and benefits
• Lead test drives and explain pricing, financing, and warranty options
• Follow up with leads and previous customers to build lasting relationships
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and ensure consistent follow-up
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Motivated, energetic, and willing to learn
• Goal-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• No prior automotive experience required — training provided
