Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance as needed.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that meet those needs.
• Knowledge on smoke shop products
• Process transactions accurately using the cash register, ensuring all sales are recorded properly.
• Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on shelves and restocking items as necessary.
• Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and sales tracking.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance store performance.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing to attract customers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
• Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
