Rogue Flooring is seeking an experienced Sales – Customer Service Representative!

The ideal candidate will have the ability to follow directions, not be afraid to ask questions, be self-motivated, possess a solid and ethical sales acumen, ability to listen to customer needs, make recommendations, and not be afraid to ask for the sale. Additionally, the successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic, and be able to work independently with little to no supervision. The following are the essential duties of the position.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Negotiate prices or other sales terms; estimate costs or terms of sales prepare contracts

· Sell products or services; process sales transactions

· Handle customer inquiries and determine customer needs

· Contact current or potential customers to promote products or services

· Develop/Deliver content for sales presentations or other materials; coordinate sales campaigns

· Prepare financial documents, reports, or budgets

· Maintain records of sales or other business transactions

· Study product information to acquire professional knowledge

· Monitor market conditions or trends

· Perform other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

· Two (2) years of experience working in a sales related position

· High school diploma or (GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)

· Valid driver's license

· Exceptional oral and written communication skills

· Able to read and interpret written information, and write clearly, accurately and concisely

· Possess basic mathematical knowledge and abilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Three (3) or more years of experience working in a sales related position

· Previous experience advising and demonstrating the value of quality products

OTHER DETAILS:

· Pay Rate: Minimum of $20.00+ hour starting wage depending on experience. After 90 days, hourly pay +bonus.

· Full-time: 40 hours;8:00am – 5pm; Monday – Friday, no weekends
