Sales Associate

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team in a dynamic retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for helping customers find the right products. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience while driving sales and maintaining store standards.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with product selections and inquiries.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, returns, and exchanges.
• Engage customers through product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits.
• Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring product availability.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures
• Exhibit strong communication skills while interacting with customers and team members.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse customer base.
• Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour
