SALES ASSOCIATE

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will assist customers, promote products, provide excellent service, and help achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with their inquiries and product needs
• Promote and recommend products to customers
• Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives
• Maintain good customer relationships
• Ensure products are properly displayed and organized
• Monitor product availability and assist with inventory checking
• Prepare sales reports and other required documentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned area
• Provide excellent customer service at all times

About you

• At least High School Graduate or College Level
• Sales or customer service experience is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented and confident in dealing with people
• Goal-oriented and willing to meet sales targets
• Basic knowledge of sales and product promotion
• Honest, reliable, and responsible
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required
• Willing to be assigned to different locations as needed
