About the role

NFC Philippines is looking for a Sales Associate who enjoys helping customers, promoting products, and creating a great shopping experience. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, managing inventory, and maintaining digital merchandising across online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to online inquiries (chat, social media, or email) and calls, guide customers through product offerings, explain features, and drive conversions through cross-selling and upselling
• Handle digital transaction records, generate receipts, and manage refunds, credits, or exchanges according to company policy
• Monitor online inventory levels, coordinate stock availability with the warehouse team, verify correct pricing/tagging on digital listings, and flag low-stock items
• Keep product listings, promotions, and shop catalogs up to date, organize order records, and complete administrative tasks assigned by management

About you

• College-level education (Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus)
• At least 1 year in sales, e-commerce, or digital customer support preferred
• Excellent written communication
• Proactive customer care
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfort managing fast-paced digital channels
