Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
• Process cash transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems, including cash drawer handling and cash management
• Perform retail math calculations for sales totals, discounts, and change due with precision
• Handle data entry tasks efficiently to update inventory records and customer information using financial software
• Support retail lending activities by explaining product options and assisting with loan processing or loan collections when applicable
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and ensure merchandise is properly stocked and displayed
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales or retail store environments with a strong focus on customer service
• Knowledge of banking or financial services processes related to retail lending or loan collections is a plus
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures, cashiering, and cash drawer balancing
• Competence in basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and retail math calculations
• Ability to perform data entry efficiently using financial software and POS systems
• Strong communication skills to engage customers effectively and collaborate with team members
• Experience with 10 key typing for quick processing of transactions and record keeping

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
