Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join Rumi Life. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen ability to drive sales. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for customers, assisting them with their needs, and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience.

Duties

• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Familiarity with cash registers and retail math is advantageous.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be proficient in English, able to count in USD.
