Sales Associate

We are seeking a sales associate to join our growing powersports dealership. Responsibilities include greeting customers, demonstrating products, understanding customer needs and guiding them through the sales process. The role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a willingness to learn about the products. Key responsibilities

• Customer interaction: Greet customers in the showroom, answer phones, and provide excellent customer service.
• Product demonstration: Showcase the features and capabilities of powersports vehicles, such as motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs.
• Sales process: Understand customer needs to recommend products, negotiate prices, and guide them through to the final sale.
• Transaction management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Follow-up and support: Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and potentially provide after-sales support.
• Administrative tasks: May include making follow-up calls and coordinating delivery.

Required skills and qualifications

• Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Product knowledge: A strong understanding of powersports vehicles is necessary, with a willingness to learn about new models.
• Customer service: A friendly demeanor and a focus on providing a positive customer experience.
• Valid driver's license: Required for many positions, often with a clean driving record.
• Other traits: A self-starter mentality, professionalism, and the ability to work well in a team are often preferred.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
