About Kabe

Kabe is looking for a motivated, personable, and style-conscious Sales Associate to join our Miami team. We’re seeking someone who loves connecting with people, has a strong sense of customer service, and is excited to represent the Kabe brand.

The Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional in-store experience for every customer. You’ll help clients discover products that fit their needs and style while contributing to the overall success and energy of the store.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a warm, personalized shopping experience.
• Build genuine relationships with customers and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
• Drive sales by understanding customer needs and confidently presenting products.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive clienteling, including personalized follow-ups, product recommendations, and outreach to encourage repeat visits and sales.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of Kabe products, collections, and brand values.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory, restocking, and maintaining an organized sales floor.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support store visual standards and ensure the space remains clean and inviting.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and store sales goals.
• Help create a welcoming, elevated, and memorable experience for every Kabe customer.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic, and approachable personality.
• Passion for fashion, lifestyle, design, or luxury retail.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and strong attention to detail.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $23.00 per hour
