• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Handle inquiries about banking or financial services offered at the store, providing clear explanations and guidance

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales and customer service environments
• Strong understanding of banking or financial services, including loan processing and collections
• Excellent basic math skills and proficiency in 10 key typing for quick data entry
• Ability to process cash transactions accurately while managing a cash drawer effectively
• Familiarity with retail store operations such as cashiering, cash handling, and cash management procedures
• Knowledge of retail math principles to calculate discounts, totals, and change efficiently
• Experience with financial software systems used for sales or banking transactions
• Exceptional communication skills to assist customers confidently and resolve issues promptly
