Sales Associate

Passional Boutique is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Sales Associate to support daily boutique operations. This role involves assisting customers, providing product information, maintaining merchandise displays, processing purchases, and helping create a welcoming shopping experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide attentive, professional service
• Assist customers with product questions and general shopping needs
• Process purchases and operate the point-of-sale system accurately
• Organize and maintain merchandise throughout the sales floor
• Replenish products and help keep displays neat and presentable
• Assist with receiving, sorting, and organizing new merchandise
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
• Handle routine customer requests and refer concerns to management when needed
• Follow store policies and cash-handling procedures
• Support opening, closing, and other daily retail duties

Qualifications

• Previous retail, sales, boutique, or customer service experience is helpful
• Friendly, professional, and approachable personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Comfortable assisting customers in a retail setting
• Ability to learn POS systems and store procedures
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
