Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features to showcase value
• Upsell complementary items and promote current promotions to maximize sales opportunities
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
• Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure products are well-stocked and appealing
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and offering personalized recommendations
• Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
• Follow proper phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries
• Support merchandising efforts by organizing products according to planograms and store standards

Experience

• Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in technology or electronics sales
• Experience with product demos and technical sales is highly desirable
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling communication with a diverse customer base
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling protocols
• Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory, displays, and customer flow effectively
• VSA licence required
