Sales Associate

Overview

Some base knowledge of grill and hearth products will be beneficial, but you will learn quickly on the job through training. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with product selection
• Process cash transactions accurately, including cash drawer handling and cash management
• Support retail sales efforts by learning and promoting new products
• Maintain accurate data entry records for sales, inventory, and financial transactions
• Ensure the store remains organized by maintaining cleanliness and safety protocols and handling large deliveries

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail sales or retail store environments is preferred but not required
• Prior knowledge of grills and hearth is preferred but not required
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally is required
• Familiarity with retail software systems and basic financial software tools is a plus, but we will train you on our system
