Duties

• Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
• Assist customers with retail sales, product selection, and inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Process electronic payments, and perform cash management duties
• Utilize basic math skills
• Enter data efficiently into financial software systems for sales
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displays are attractive

Experience

• Previous sales or customer service background preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
• Familiarity with social media, retail sales techniques, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills essential for success in this role
• Experience with data entry or using financial software systems is a plus
• Strong communication skills to connect with diverse customers and team members effectively
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
