Sales Associate

W+B is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, results-driven, and people-oriented Sales Associate to join our team!

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Associate, you will play an important role in connecting W+B with potential clients and helping turn opportunities into successful partnerships.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reach out to prospective clients through calls and other communication channels
• Introduce and effectively communicate W+B’s services and event offerings
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely, professional assistance
• Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with prospective clients
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities
• Promote W+B’s services, events, and other offerings
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and overall business objectives

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Confident, personable, and comfortable speaking with clients

• Motivated, proactive, and results-oriented

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Experience in corporate events or the events industry is an advantage

• Marketing Management graduates are preferred but not required

• Undergraduates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
