Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products or services that best suit their needs.
• Process cash transactions accurately, including handling cash drawers, making change, and balancing register.
• Support sign up of VIP membership and the benefits the program offers.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, shipment processing and visual merchandising to create an inviting store environment with floor set execution and daily store recovery.

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales or retail store environments with a strong focus on customer service.
• Passion for premium athletic leisure with either mens, women's, or both.
• Strong math skills including basic math, retail math, and 10 key typing for accurate data entry and cash handling.
• Ability to process cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash drawer handling and cash management.
• Familiarity with financial software systems used for sales tracking, loan processing, and data entry tasks.
• Excellent communication skills to engage customers effectively and provide clear product explanations.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
