Sales Associate

We are seeking a driven and goal-oriented Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will connect directly with individual consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Source prospects through cold calling, networking, social media, and local community referrals.
• Build relationships with strategic partners to establish continuous referral networks.

Client Advisory & Sales

• Schedule meetings with potential clients to review their current concerns and offer our deals.
• Close sales by handling objections smoothly, executing quotes, and meeting monthly sales targets.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: Fresh graduates may also apply
• Communication: Exceptional verbal, presentation, and active listening skills.
• Drive: High self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work independently to reach sales targets.
• Education: College graduate diploma required

Pay: Up to Php40,000.00 per month
