Key Responsibilities

• Provide inside sales and customer service support to assigned customers, including product recommendations and opportunities for cross-selling and expanding sales.
• Respond to customer inquiries and proactively follow up with existing customers to identify sales opportunities, strengthen relationships, and grow business.
• Accurately process and maintain customer orders, account information, and delivery requirements, ensuring details are reviewed and discrepancies are resolved.
• Assist with customer account management, order coordination, and follow-up to ensure customer requests and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with U.S. customers and provide responsive, professional service to support customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer requests, orders, and priorities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics NAV and the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
