Sales Associate

We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate who enjoys creating memorable shopping experiences while introducing customers to natural skincare products. What You'll Do

Every day is different! You'll have the opportunity to:

• Welcome every guest with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Learn about each customer's skincare goals and recommend products that fit their needs.
• Create exceptional customer experiences that keep guests coming back.
• Educate customers on ingredients, benefits, and proper product usage.
• Help maintain a beautiful, organized, and fully stocked store.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations.
• Stay current on new products, promotions, and product knowledge.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. (our busiest time)

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in retail, sales, customer service, or the beauty industry. We are willing to work and train the right person.
• Passion for skincare, beauty, wellness, or natural products.
• Experience using retail point-of-sale systems and handling cash.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
• Lift and carry up to 25 pounds.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
