Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products or services that suit their needs
• Promote retail sales by demonstrating product features and benefits effectively
• Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures
• Support banking and financial services transactions, including loan processing and account inquiries
• Maintain knowledge of retail math, basic math, and financial software to ensure precise calculations and record-keeping
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising to enhance store presentation

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
• Basic math skills including retail math, cash handling, and 10 key typing proficiency
• Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Strong communication skills with an energetic approach to engaging customers
• Ability to perform cashiering duties accurately and efficiently
• Demonstrated ability to handle cash management responsibilities responsibly
• A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences
