Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.

• Assist with property listings, marketing materials, and client communications.

• Coordinate appointments, open for inspections, and sales-related tasks.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Liaise with vendors, buyers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.

About You:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Previous experience in real estate or administration is an advantage.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

• A positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach.

• Having the agents rep is a must.
