Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
• Operate POS systems efficiently for transactions including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits
• Upsell products and suggest complementary items to increase sales
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking activities
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving concerns promptly
• Assist with supervising team members when necessary, ensuring smooth store operations
• Use phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers and team members

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or similar environments is preferred
• Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette
• Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and performing retail math calculations
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures
• Ability to perform upselling techniques to enhance sales performance
• Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and product demos is advantageous
• Supervising experience is beneficial but not mandatory; leadership qualities are appreciated
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to fast-paced settings

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
