Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features to educate customers about our offerings
• Assist with merchandising efforts to ensure attractive product displays that encourage sales
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling and transaction processing
• Upsell complementary products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options
• Maintain organized stock areas, monitor inventory levels, and assist with restocking as needed
• Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Experience

• Previous retail sales experience or technical sales background preferred, especially involving technology products
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base effectively
• Demonstrated ability in product demos, upselling, and merchandising strategies
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in cash handling and POS operations
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation of product benefits
• Experience in cashiering, basic math skills for transactions, and time management to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Customer service experience that highlights patience, empathy, and problem-solving capabilities

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
