WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Sales Experience: MUST have least 2 years of proven success in sales, preferably in Jewelry, luxury or high-end retail.

Customer Service Excellence: A natural ability to build relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Motivated by Commission: A strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets with high earning potential.

Ethical Standards: Integrity and professionalism in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance as needed.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, including handling cash register transactions.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that meet those needs.
• Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings to effectively communicate with customers.
• Ensure that the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Assist in inventory management by restocking displays and conducting regular inventory checks.
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries over the phone.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
